1. How to order?
You can easily order on our website by selecting the desired product, choosing the size and color, then clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Then, you just need to follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
2. Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order.
3. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you receive the item and want to return it to us within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Please ensure that you return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached, with no signs of wear, and returned in the original packaging.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 20 business days.
NOTE: Orders placed on the weekend (Sunday) will most likely be processed the following Monday. Remember that holidays are not considered business days. Please keep this in mind when calculating your days. In rare cases, there may be unexpected delays, especially during peak times. We will always do our best to keep you updated.
Other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. These include bad weather, holidays, and customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
5. How long does it take to process an order?
Normally, your order will be processed within 1 – 3 days after you complete the payment on our website.
6. Do I have to pay for shipping?
Standard shipping fee: $8 for all orders.
7. What if the order is delivered damaged?
Please check the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
