When will I receive my order?
Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time)
Processing Time: It usually takes 1 – 3 days to process your order after you complete payment on our website.
Transit Time: Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 20 business days.
NOTE: Orders placed on the weekend (Sunday) will most likely be processed the following Monday. Remember that holidays are not considered business days. Please keep this in mind when calculating your days. In rare cases, there may be unexpected delays, especially during peak times. We will always do our best to keep you updated.
Other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. These include bad weather, holidays, and customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Who will ship my order?
Proper shipping via USPS & FedEx or some other shipping method that works better for you. We will update production and shipping schedules if we anticipate any delays during high demand times.
Why hasn’t my shipping information been updated?
Sometimes it takes a while for the information to be updated.
When your order has been received by the shipping agent. All packages need to go through a strict quality control and disinfection process before shipping to ensure customer safety, this may cause a small delay in shipping.
If the package is in transit or clearing customs, the information will not be updated until it reaches the next shipping station.
Sometimes the shipping company may not update the package information in a timely manner.
